Aldor does not prepare food. Restaurants listed on the platform are responsible for food preparation, quality, and hygiene.

Aldor does not guarantee the quality or safety of food prepared by restaurants.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use Aldor for illegal activities

Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Submit false orders or fraudulent payments

Harass restaurants, riders, or other users

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Aldor, including:

Logo

Branding

Software

Design

Graphics

are the intellectual property of Aldor by Dormot and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldor shall not be liable for:

Food quality issues

Allergic reactions

Delivery delays

Indirect or consequential damages

Restaurants are responsible for the products they sell.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

We suspect fraudulent activity

Your use harms other users, businesses, or Aldor
